Strengths-based coaching and positive psychology resonate with me. Focusing on what you do well (your strengths) instead of fixating on your weaknesses, is a movement that I have to be a part of and share the inspiring message with others! My company, MASTER YOUR STRENGTHS COACHING, LLC, was founded on the strengths-based coaching practices that I learned through the Gallup Strengths Coaching Courses.

Through Gallup Strengths Coaching, I learned my strengths are Input · Restorative · Individualization · Achiever · Significance.  As a coach with these strengths, I recognize the unique qualities of clients and assist them in capitalizing on their assets. I help clients identify their strengths potential while becoming more self-aware. I share my expertise and resources to support clients as they work to achieve their desired goals. I am passionate about exceeding your expectations.

I am an innovative educator who advised and coached college students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for almost two decades. I have extensive experience assisting individuals with their academic, career, and personal development.  I was honored with the campus-level Excellence in Higher Education Administration award for my dedication to assisting students and collaborating with faculty and staff.

In my free-time, I enjoy helping women and children in the community. As a member of the Junior League of Madison, I served on the board as the VP of Membership with oversight of the four membership committees of the league. Currently, I’m assisting the Community Impact Committee with curriculum development and instruction of a new leadership development program for middle school girls. Last year, we successfully launched the Discover U leadership program for high school girls. I also assisted the Leadership Greater Madison – Youth Cohort with implementing a strengths-development component to their trainings.

My counseling background has equipped me with the ability to discuss a wide range of issues that may arise during the coaching process. Putting clients at ease gives me the ability to help individuals meet their fullest potential, no matter how stuck they might feel. My own transformational experience with the  Hoffman Process  and subsequent training as a graduate group facilitator has provided me with additional tools to assist clients.

I earned a M.S. in Counseling Psychology and a B.A. with a double-major in Political Science and Behavioral Science and Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition to being a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I am a  certified Global Career Development Facilitator, and member of the International Coach Federation.
